“We had 150 students in attendance on the day… a very reasonable price for the experience your troupe provided to our students and College community. It was a positive talking point for some time following the performance and we would be delighted to look at having you out again next year.” Jarrod Hibberd, Redlands College: Chased by Rainbowsschool tour to Redlands College, July 2023

“Fantastic job!” – Helen McCarthy, The Baking Bunch- Chasing Rainbows, July 2022

‘Tis the Season 2022 – Audience Feedback

The songs and jokes were funny and I liked seeing the man in the wheelchair.

I liked the songs and jokes and seeing people with disability doing acting.

The absolute joy and pride coming from the actors was beautiful. Everyone worked together and supported each other. The script was hilarious with jokes for young and old. The songs were awesome. An inspirational company and a love-filled production.

Lots of fun!

A great community production. It looked like everyone was having fun!

It was a great show with lots of funny lines and had a nice flow to it. I really enjoyed the overall message at the end that implied all elves can be Santas AKA equality.

Needs someone to do an introduction at the beginning.

The hall should have opened earlier and the speakers should have a microphone and speaker. A bell should be rung when the performance is ready to start. A Narrator or organiser should have introduced the performance.

Participants enjoyed the performance and it held their attention. They blossomed on stage! Loved the way the actors were all involved ‘doing activities’ in Santa’s workshop. A very happy performance full of Christmas spirit. Thank you.

Keep going with it!

Be back for more.

Loved the play, quite funny.

Refreshing and funny.

Very awesome show! Loved it.

I thoroughly enjoyed the whole show. I’ll be back for the next show.

It was well put together, interactive and lots of fun.

Loved the Churchill quote

Another amazing show.

The show was filled with so many beautiful moments. It was hilarious. And you could see the actors radiating with joy and pride.

Participant Feedback

“Thank you Blue Roo for giving me this opportunity to finally live a dream of mine.  Thanks for all the patience all the cast and crew have given. Never thought I would be able to do this. My family and friends all never expected to see me on stage in front of them as they have only ever known me to completely take off at last minute with things. I think myself and my family and friends are still waiting to be kick started with the paddles from shock. You all have changed my life, I’m finally coming out of my shell. Still have some ways to go but I’m positive with being with this awesome team. I can achieve and overcome everything.” – Cherie Watson, Ensemble Member

“I enjoyed acting and writing a song about a horse.” – Gemma Keighley, participant, April Holiday Workshop: Look! It’s my first song & film clip

“What a great creative workshop. My daughter had a great time and is so proud of the finished music video. Fantastic to have an activity on offer that is so engaging.” – Naree Keighley, parent. April Holiday Workshop: Look! It’s my first song & film clip
